The wellbeing of our staff and clients is our priority and we are committed as ever to ensure that our salon is as safe as possible.
CHANGES TO FACE COVERINGS
The government has confirmed that face coverings will no longer be mandatory in shops, including hairdressers.
The wearing of masks for clients in most areas of our building will be encouraged but optional.
If you choose to wear a mask all of our staff will be respectful of your choice and will be happy to wear one without question.
Masks will still be worn by all staff in the following areas where very close contact is unavoidable.
HAIR WASH AREA & BEAUTY ROOMS
(The above is subject to immediate change should local infection rates rise.) We are fortunate to have a more private hair styling area as an alternative to the main hair salon. Please do not hesitate to request this space when making your appointment and we will do our best to accommodate you.
We will continue to take your temperature and ask you to wash your hands on arrival.
We will continue to ask you to keep your belongings with you at all times in the bags provided.
Hand sanitizer will be provided throughout the salon.
The stringent cleaning routines we have adopted throughout the pandemic are here to stay.
Our Team will ensure all tools, equipment, and any high touch points in the salon are sanitised after every use.
We will continue to have screens dividing our hair wash basins due to the close proximity of these chairs.
Screens will remain in place at reception and in the manicure area.
CARD PAYMENTS PREFFERED
Card, phone & contactless payment are preferred where possible.
Cancellations related to covid must be accompanied by proof of your lateral flow or PCR test to avoid last minute cancellation charges.
DRINKS & MAGAZINES
We are pleased to be serving hot drinks again including speciality coffees and a large selection of herbal teas.
Still & sparkling bottled water is also available.
We are offering digital magazines for the time being which are available whilst in the salon via your phone or tablet.
